How Zertify works

Four steps from the first click to the finished certificate. No consultant, no on-site appointment, clear prices.

01: Process

The path to your certificate

  1. Assessment with 30 questions

    You choose your standard and answer 30 yes or no questions about your management system. You can pause at any time and continue later. The assessment is free.

  2. Instant evaluation

    Right after the last click you see your result. The evaluation shows where you are strong and where gaps remain. Anyone who reaches the minimum score can order the certificate.

  3. Purchase by card

    You pay the fixed price of the standard securely by credit card through Stripe. The price is known in advance, with no hidden costs. You receive the invoice by email.

  4. Issued within 4 hours

    SICE issues your certificate within 4 hours. It carries a unique number and a QR code. You also receive a badge for your website.

Everything you need to show your certificate and make it verifiable.

Certificate as PDF
With your company name, the standard, issue date, three years of validity and the certificate number.
Verification page
A public page where customers check the status and validity of your certificate by number or QR code.
Website badge
A badge to embed on your website that links straight to the verification page.
Audit report (optional)
On request, a detailed report with an evaluation per area and concrete recommendations for your management system.

03: Limits

What Zertify is not

We say it clearly before you buy: a Zertify certificate is based on a self-assessment. It is not an accredited certification.

  • No on-site audit: we do not check your statements at your premises.
  • No accreditation: SICE is not an accredited certification body.
  • Not for public tenders that require an accredited certification.
  • Not a substitute for legal evidence or industry regulations.

What it is for: a fast, verifiable proof towards customers, partners and on your website.
